Mellomania Deluxe radio show relaunch with Tiesto!

Mellomania belongs to the world's most famous trance and balearic radio formats. Already since 2001 DJ Shah and Pedro Del Mar present week by week the newest tunes of the global electronic scene by mixing the first three hours on their own and the fourth hour with a special guest mix by the world's leading DJs. Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Judge Jules, Paul Oakenfold, Above & Beyond or Gabriel & Dresden are just a few guests of the past years.

Since Shah & Pedro left their former radio station Sunshine Live by the end of January they've rebuilt Shah's studio to be able to broadcast live and straight from the studio in high audio and as well video quality. By streaming the show live in video and audio, Mellomania Deluxe acts once again groundbreaking and propably is one-of-a-kind beyond all these numerous excellent and highest quality international shows such as ASOT, TATW or GDJB.

"It was very important for us to keep the show as a live show" says Shah. Pedro continues: "People are used to listen to Mellomania Deluxe each Monday night live from 8-12pm CET and it was our main goal to keep the show format as known." And that's what they did. But it's not that they've only kept the old format, they've also added some new interactive features. Battle Of The Tracks
Shah and Pedro both select each five tunes of the past show for this audience voting. The track with the most votes will be played in full length as extended version in the following week.

Chillout Tune Of The Week
This section already existed in the past and will also be relaunched now. Each week another new or classic chillout tune in full length straight before the guest set.

Guest Set Of The Week
After three hours with DJ Shah and Pedro Del Mar live in the mix, they present each week in the fourth hour another international guest set, mostly pre-recorded.

Ten Questions To…
Mellomaniacs are now able to post their questions to the upcoming guest DJs within the Mellomania Community Board. Ten questions will then be chosen and forwarded to the guests and their answers published during their guest sets on the video stream and after the show on the board.

The show will be broadcasted simultaneously on two popular internet stations: video/audio on www.internetradio.de and audio on www.etn.fm. By working with both stations, it's possible to stream in many different qualities to guarantee that people with any bandwith are able to listen.

No one else than Tiesto will provide a guest set for the relaunch on March 5th 2007 followed by Darren Tate on 12th, BuRo on 19th and Solarstone on 26th. April and may surely won't include less well-known guests. So don't miss to tune in from 8-12pm CET on Mondays to listen and watch the guys and have a look into the Mellomania community to vote, discuss and post your questions.
